Packing

• I (Richard) forgot my ticket (cost me an extra $200)

Driving to Burning Man

• We didn't have a clear route
• Route kept changing
• Didn't take the route recommended by Burning Man organization

Water

• Worked out fairly well
• Need a designated area for water storage / dispensing

Setup

• Went well, but next year we will have a good solid plan

Kitchen

• Separate food / kitchen was a disaster as far as keeping clean and organized
• Need better cleaning facilities
• Need someone in charge of planning group meals / maintaining kitchen order
• Need a schedule to assign individuals to help clean
• Would be nice to have a communal bar / bar-tender

Coffee Service

• Need a designated coffee preparation area separate from kitchen / commons
• Need a better way to clean coffee mugs after patron use

Lounge

• Need a more permanent shade structure that can be sealed. We don't want to cut off the view/openess, but we need something that we can zip up during storms.
• No way to serve coffee during storms
• No way to keep dust out
• Maybe a costco barn or something adjunct to the lounge?

Daily Life

• Need to keep the space cleaner

Tear Down & Exodus

• Don't leave at night (in the DARK), you might hit a deer
• Need everyone there to help
• Need to avoid the loooong line
