Overview

We need to make sure that we have enough water containers for drinking + coffee service. Last year we had enough. 175-200 gallons, that was adequate.

Personal Water supply

• Each person should have containers to fill 15 gallons / day

Inventory

• RV - last year was about 60 gallons
• Damon - 7,7,5,5,5,2.5,2.5 = 34 gallons
• Damon via Steven Levy - 6,6,5 = 17 gallons
• Rich - 7 x 5 Gallon = 35 gallons
• Rich via Kevin Levy 2 x 5, 1 x 2 = 12 Gallons
• Robin E - 5 x 6 = 30 gallons
• Melissa - 4 x 5 = 20 gallons

Packing/Travel

Need to pack water containers so they can be filled on the way down. We should bring 50% of our water supply pre-filled. Need to find the name of that city.

Water Station

Will be in the kitchen are with a table, tarps, spill buckets.

Ice

Someone will need to fetch everyday for the coolers. Crew lead is responsible for delegating this task each day. (I will bring a thermometer to ensure that our cooler water stays under 44 degrees while we have spoilable foods stored. We can base ice replenishment around the temp in the coolers. -Robin)
