Overview

General times for serving coffee. Taking carafes to other camps. Dr. Carl's. Coffee cart.

Structure

Coffee prep area will be in the kitchen tent. Coffee service will be out front in the lounge.

• Spent Coffee Grounds Buckets x 2 (Damon)
• Funnels x 2 (Damon)
• Carafes x 8 (Damon)
• Electric Kettle (Damon) + extension cord
• Stove top kettle
• Table (Rich)
• Water
• Creamer (Melis/Damon)
• Mobile Coffee Lounge (Rich)
• Tea kettle
• Coffee Extractor Bucket (Damon)
• Large Strainer (Damon)
• Coffee Scoop (Damon)

Brewing

Takes 24 hours to brew one batch of syrup. Need to keep three batches ready at all times.

Coffee Brewing Begins Sunday Morning.

Service Plan

Rich is a morning person and will ensure coffee is started in the morning. Each person will be tasked to help prep a least one day.

• Lounge Coffee Service - Morning - 2pm
• Carafes for other camps - Morning
• Dr. Carl's Department of Collections Service (morning + night)
• Mobile Coffee Lounge - Take All Carafe's and go. Leave enough for lounge
