Setup
I'm thinking 1pm on Saturday would be a good time to arrive. The event starts at 3pm so that would give us two hours to get everything together. After the meeting with Kim (decor coordinator) I'll know more.
We could use five or so people to make this super quick and awesome.
Service
I'm thinking the coffee bar will be a great place to hang out and meet people. We probably want 1-2 people at the event at all times. We can heat and serve as needed. We can start serving at 3pm and end when we either run out of coffee or people stop drinking it.
Teardown
I'm looking into this right now. It might be pretty late, but I'll find out more on Thursday.
